II: Where it is Sunny Everyday!

Sounds familiar? Yes! It's the line Rachel said to Sunshine when they first met in the tv show Glee. Oh well. this line from a celebrated US TV show
is a manifesto that indeed it is known to the world that Philippines is a sunny place!

The Philippines is located at a good distance from the equator but not to close to the North Pole. thus the temperature is just right perfect for vacation, travel and Fun!. The Philippines has two seasons: the dry and the wet seasons. The dry seasons usually starts December and ends in May and the wet seasons starts on the month of June until November. The temperature are the warmest in the months of April to May and the coolest in the months of December to February depending on you location on the map.

The Philippines sits on the typhoon track where regular typhoons occur on the months of June to November bring abundant rainfall. But, don't be alarmed! The amount of rainfall and the probability of having typhoons varies in different parts of the country. The island of Luzon has the most typhoons occuring during the wet seasons with the places in Visayas and Mindanao enjoying less typhoons. Thus, you can say that when its raining up north, you can enjoy the sun down south! During the rainy wet season, it is perfect to visit the places in the Visayas and Mindanao. There are world class beach destination located in the area including Boracay, enjoy watersports in Cagayan de Oro or climb atop Mt. Apo in the island of Mindanao.

If sun is not your thing or just want to cool down from you sunny warm expeditions in the country, you can go up north and cool down in the mountains of the Cordillera where you can enjoy fairly cool climate with temperatures not exceeding 18 degrees Celsius. It is where the Baguio City is located tagged as the Summer Capital of the Philippines!

When then is the best time to visit the Philippines and enjoy the most fun out of it? Everyday! Yes, don't mind the rain or the moonson or the typhoons, just be in the right place! You have 7107 choices of islands and place you can go to. Its a fact that it can't rain all day throughout the Philippines, it's bound to be sunny somewhere in the country! Am i right?
